Emma Gossman and Callie Coady Sign National Letters of Intent

Greater Lawrence Rowing Varsity Women Emma Gossman and Callie Coady signed National Letters of Intent to commit to row at Division 1 Varsity Rowing programs in the fall of 2018.

Gossman, a senior at North Andover High School committed to Syracuse University. She started her novice year rowing as a junior in high school. Her Novice 4+ went undefeated in the spring season and placed 3rd overall at Northeast Youth Districts. She was also a member of the Varsity 8+ which was the first 8+ in program history to make it to the grand final at Northeast Youth Districts.

Coady, a senior at Haverhill High School, committed to the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She started rowing in her sophomore year in high school. Balancing a competitive swimming career and rowing, Coady was a member of the 2nd Varsity 8+ who placed 6th in the final at Northeast Youth Districts.
